Commit to understanding
When building a technology-based business, it can be incredibly challenging to make large impact decisions without a trusted source to help break down the potential risks. Merge Conflict aims to ease the pain around strategic engineering hiring (such as CTOs), managing growth plans and product roadmaps, vetting early technology decisions and vendor relationships, and generally making sure that your team is setup for success.
With 15 years of experience in the technology space, Merge Conflict provides all types of strategic technology consulting. Need help making early decisions but don’t have a CTO yet? Looking at acquiring a company, but need to evaluate their technology stack to make sure you’re not buying a lemon? Need to vet vendors to make sure they aren’t taking you for a ride?
Merge Conflict is here to help.
